As a hiring incentive, the Career Center issues bonds from the Federal Bonding Program to employers who offer jobs to ex-offenders.

New Leaf Program: The New Leaf Program is a partnership between Workforce Central and EPOCA (Ex-Prisoners and Prisoners Organizing for Community Advancement) to create job opportunities for ex-offenders. New Leaf participants attend a series of job-readiness workshops, and work one-on-one with a job counselor to find the right job match.
New Leaf also works with employers, helping them access the federal bonding program, tax incentives, and government training programs.
