LIHEAP - Administration for Children and Families - U.S. Department Federal Home Page for the Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program ( LIHEAP) administered by the U.S. Office of Community Services. LIHEAP helps income-eligible families pay their winter heating bills and can help restore service if service is off. LIHEAP is a grant. You do not have to repay it.
