Pay scales for Vero Beach Florida area

There is not an employer that will match or even come close to the pay scale you a providing. I would like to know what is it that I should be negotiating buring my interviews so that I do not over or under price myself. It seems that it really just does not matter how many years experience you have in a particular field they will and are going to pay you what they want to. Fair or not Fair
